Planning For The Holidays: Hassles, Hobbies, And The Hallelujah Chorus

This session provides people who are intimately involved in caregiving to reflect on their own experiences, learn some new techniques for coping with the holidays, and communicate successes as well as challenges. The session offers opportunity for attendees to share from their own experiences as well as learn from others. Key issues addressed in the presentation are (1) how to cope with changes in routines, (2) finding opportunities to relax and enjoy time with our loved ones, (3) using humor to relieve stressors, and (4) enjoying music in ways that feeds the spirit.
