Timothy F. Clare is a partner in the law firm of Rembolt Ludtke LLP, where he practices in the areas of estate and business planning, estate administration and probate. He is a member of the Board of Regents for the University of Nebraska, representing District 1, and served as Chairman in 2013 and 2019. He is also the Vice Chairman of the West Haymarket Joint Public Agency, a 3 person agency overseeing the Pinnacle Bank Arena and the West Haymarket Development project. Clare received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, his Masters of Business Administration from Creighton University, and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. A frequent lecturer on estate planning and probate, Clare is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation, a member of the Lincoln and Nebraska bar associations, the Lincoln Estate Planning Council, the Lincoln Probate Discussion Group, and a trustee for the Lincoln Community Foundation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Union Bank & Trust Company and the Lincoln Community Foundation. He is also a past president of the Board for the Lincoln Chapter of Heartland Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors as well as a board member for Lincoln Children’s Museum and Cedar’s Foundation. He is a member of the Rotary Club #14 and the Lincoln Independent Business Association. Clare and his wife Amy are proud parents to five children, ages 23-31.
