Screenings:

-Blood pressure screening: Free

-Lipid panel and blood sugar screening: No fasting required. Instant results for cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL, HDL, and blood sugar levels. Cost $20

-Foot assessments: Free

-A1c screening: $25, no fasting required.

-Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) screening: Numbness, tingling or cramping in your legs could be an indication of PAD, a condition in which narrowed arteries reduce blood flow to the limbs. Left untreated, PAD increases your risk of stroke and heart attack. Cost $20. Must pre-register, limited appointments available.
