What's New this month...
We've redesigned Answers4Families.org to give you faster-loading pages, easier-to-use navigation, and more accessible pages to make your visit as informative, interesting and convenient as possible. Answers4Families is committed to building resources for universal use - making information accessible to all users. That means striving to ensure that all pages of our site are accessible to the greatest possible number of people, devices and adaptive technologies (including screen readers and other specialized browsing environments). We've restructured and coded our site to comply with standards established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Here are a few of the new features:
- Visitor-Friendly NavigationAccount Services (central login) - a single sign-on authentication service.
- Text Sizer - lets the viewer modify the text size of the page by clicking on an Increase or Decrease Font Size link.
- Accessible Colors - our new color combinations provide sufficient contrast when viewed by someone having color deficits.
- Better Content Organization
- User/Reader Comments - user feedback on our articles, allows immediate user interaction.
- RSS (Really Simple Syndication) - an Answers4Families news feed that you can add to your favorite 'reader.'
We intend to continue to improve the structure, presentation and content of the resources and materials available as our continual effort to offer the latest and most relevant information to Nebraskans with special needs and their families.Visit Answers4Families.org today!
