Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging's SeniorHelp Program enrolls volunteers of all ages who donate time and abilities to assist older individuals throughout our community in remaining independent and in their own homes as long as possible. Volunteers assist with various requests like yard work, home maintenance, snow removal, transportation, companionship, phoning, and many many others. Groups of volunteers (churches, businesses) also assist with larger-scale projects. Volunteers may be involved as little as once per year or as often as once per week. Volunteers also earn service credits which may be redeemed as needed for reciprocal help from SeniorHelp.
