Extra Help/LIS Outreach Toolkit

CMS has assembled an Extra Help/LIS Outreach Toolkit as a means of providing you with information and materials to help you meet the challenges of identifying and educating the remaining folks in your area who may qualify for extra help. The Toolkit includes a multitude of tip sheets, fact sheets, letters and other publications from both CMS and SSA that can help you spread the word, along with county-level data that can help you target your efforts for maximum impact.
