Brain Injury Awareness Day

Thousands of Nebraskans are affected by brain injury. The Brain Injury Network needs your presence and voice on March 4 to increase awareness about brain injury during National Brain Injury Awareness Month. This will be an opportunity to:

  • Talk to senators about about the needs of Nebraskans who experience brain injury.
  • Learn about brain injury legislation.
  • Meet Senator Tony Fulton (sponsor of LB 738, Brain Injury Registry Act). He will explain the legislative process and share techniques for talking with your representative.
  • Discover how your voice can increase awareness and help expand services in Nebraska.

Name tags will be prepared for those attending; please tell us your address and senator.

Refreshments will be served.

If possible wear green on Awareness Day!
