The Arc of Nebraska Annual Conference - 2008
Ollie Webb Center, Inc. and The Arc of Nebraska are hosting Richard Pimentel in Omaha on Friday, April 4th and Saturday, April 5th, 2008. The keynote speaker for The Arc of Nebraska statewide conference. Mr. Pimentel is a nationally renowned expert on the topics of:

- Americans with Disabilities Act
- Job Retention
- Attitude Change
Mr. Pimentel is not only technically proficient, he is also an exceptional communicator whose audiences praise his ability to combine information, humor, metaphor, analogy and storytelling into an informative whole that communicates the information in a memorable fashion.
Mr. Pimentel is an acknowledged authority on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). His training has not only successfully enabled managers and supervisors to participate in cost reduction initiatives and implementation of policies and procedures to reduce work site accidents and re-injuries, but has also helped employers dispel stereotypes and embrace diversity.
A full-length motion picture of his life story entitled Music Within was released in 2007. A screening of the movie will be offered to the community on Thursday, April 3 at 7pm as a pre-conference event.
