DHHS Kicks Off Diabetes Awareness Campaign

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is sponsoring a new statewide campaign called “Defend Against Diabetes.” The campaign’s goal is to promote the use of a new interactive website, www.defendagainstdiabetes.ne.gov to educate the public about the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes and to provide practical, easy-to-use strategies for diabetes prevention.
