Long-Term Care Ombudsman
The Program serves as the advocate for long-term care facility residents, which includes assisted living. Ombudsmen investigate any concern on behalf of a long-term care facility resident and mediate and negotiate to resolve the complaint to the resident's satisfaction.

Abuse & Neglect / Law Enforcement
The Statewide Hotline number for Abuse and Neglect is 1-800-652-1999. The role of the abuse/neglect statewide Hotline is to receive telephone calls regarding suspected abuse and neglect of vulnerable adults from across the state.
