Nebraska Alzheimer's Chapters
The Alzheimer's Association chapters in Nebraska are two of 83 chapters affiliated with the national Alzheimer's Association, the only voluntary health organization dedicated to research, education, and support services for Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.

* In an agreement with the Midlands Chapter, the Big Sioux Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, 502 11th Street, (11th and Pierce), Sioux City, Iowa, also serves three counties in Nebraska: Dakota, Dixon, and Thurston. There are three outreach sites:
