Nebraska Alzheimer's Chapters
The Alzheimer's Association chapters in Nebraska are two of 83 chapters affiliated with the national Alzheimer's Association, the only voluntary health organization dedicated to research, education, and support services for Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.
The map below shows the Nebraska coverage area for each chapter. The chapters serve Nebraska through a variety of programs and services, including:

* In an agreement with the Midlands Chapter, the Big Sioux Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, 420 Chambers Street, P.O. Box 3716, Sioux City, Iowa, also serves three counties in Nebraska: Dakota, Dixon, and Thurston. There are three outreach sites:
- Regency Square Care Center, 3501 Dakota Avenue, South Sioux City, Nebraska, (402) 494-8493, open every Friday;
- Elms Health Care Center, Ponca, Nebraska, (402) 755-2233, open every Monday, 1:00-5:00 p.m.; and
- Pender Community Hospital, 603 Earl Street, Pender, Nebraska, (402) 385-3083, open every Tuesday.
